Cosmic Snake reveals huge molecular clouds

By 16th September 2019 September 22nd, 2019 No Comments
An international team including scientists from the Paris Observatory – PSL has detected clouds of molecules in a galaxy eight billion light years away. This feat provides information about their physical properties, which are very different to those of clouds that we are familiar with in our immediate galactic environment. This work is reported in Nature Astronomy.
